They were quick to respond and also followed up a couple days later but I'm leaning toward another Make now.

I was able to basically close the deal over the phone, Jeannie. I placed a deposit with her until I could come in from out of town on Friday. When I arrived at the lot Jeanie was unavailable, due to death in the family. Her replacement was expecting me and had the vehicle out front waiting for me to test drive. Everything I was told over the phone by Jeanie was correct. They had the paperwork ready to be completed. I was in and hour in just over an hour. Did a test drive but found out car was already sold I ended up buying the car after about 4h of waiting and waiting and more waiting.

A lot of confusion and miscommunication in this office. Only one guy runs your check at the end which is crazy. They have a lot of cars but be ready for a spin Very honest an upfront on the vehicle great sales guy in Jason an wife is very pleased an happy with a great vehicle purchase here with them. Salesman was nice but. Left internet inquiry two times and l called once and no one responded. They contacted me but i had found other options. Never acknowledge if my offer was rejected. Just keep trying to get me to come into dealerships to talk.

Very responsive. This dealership was extremely unorganized. The purchase took 4 hours and I felt like they tried to trick me with the numbers. But the car was filthy. You think they would've cleaned it especially since I made an appt ahead of time to see it. They did not negotiate on their high priced vehicle. Was bombarded by texts to a point it was very annoying. Will not do business with this group due to their bad reputation.

Stay away. Find a dealership that respects your time and time. The car was not what Ii was looking for. It had too many things that were added. It would be a car that is great for a younger person, but not someone my age. I want pretty much a stock Corvette without all the suped up stuff on it. Great customer service! Unfortunately we not get to my number but they tried hard to get where I needed.

Good communication. Great guys. I was an out of town buyer, the guys met me halfway and we got it all taken care of stress free.

Satisfied customer! I was able to negotiate a deal with the dealer and plan to purchase this car. Show older dealer reviews I really have a good experience with them. Contact was made quickly, but vague and did not follow up. Advertise a well cared for car on your site. Verbally promise there is no damage to the car. I drive over an hour to see a dented, dirty car. I will not use again as I do not trust them.

The sales people were really nice and responsive, the only issue was the finance manager would not negotiate while I was there, but after I left, the sales person called me over and over stating they would do whatever it took to earn my business. I only wish they would have taken that approach while I was there. They are ready to work with you. This dealer responded quickly, but ignored my specific questions, then tried to intimidate me, very poor PR. When I reached out to see if it was still available they said it had been sent to auction.

    Only had 4 photos on line and I Asked on 3 separate occasions for more photos never got them just sent me repeated emails of my experience with them. The dealer called me and sent emails but it was too much. I asked if the car was still available and they immediately started the conversation with are you going to buy today, do I have a trade in, I can set up an appt with a manger and avoid the sales rep etc. I wanted to go look at the car and I would,know if I wanted to pursue the purchase once I saw the car.

    I didn't go look at it because I knew I would be bombarded from the dealer to buy the car.

    They never once listened to what I wanted they just started talking and trying to sell me a car before I even knew if theynstillmhadnthe car and what my needs were. Dealer contacted me quickly and tried to accommodate me and offered a great deal only problem was on my end the dealership was to far away for me to travel but overall they seemed very helpful and eager to make a deal.

    Sales staff kept regular communication. Only getting 3 stars because my sales associate was great. I showed up to test drive I changed my mind on buying the vehicle.

    No response on refunding my deposit. I sent a chat in,called and left messages and it's been almost 3 wks A different person calls and they want a deposit on a vehicle that I have not even driven or looked at. They called me three times about coming to see the ca while I was in my car driving to the dealership, once I got there they couldn't find the car, yet they claimed they had the keys. They then tried to sell me several other cars I was not interested in, I tried to leave but they had my drivers license, when I tried to get my license back they again tried to talk me into a car I had zero interest in buying.

    I was even told tge car I went to look at wasn't a very nice car? Why then did they keep it advertised. Funny I got a VM from. Totally unprofessional dealer and sales staff. Never went to see this vehicle. Then after checking with someone else they would call me back and say more money than they listed it for Not too happy Quick response via email with follow-up call from salesperson with answers to my questions. Car had lots of surface rust both under car as well as under hood.

    Wasn't for me. I felt for a vehicle of that price it should have been meticulously detailed and it was not. Dealership did try pressure tactics once I expressed I was no longer interested which I do not like. Courteous, diligent, made a fair offer on my trade in, all around a really good experience. This dealer is full of lying deceitful people. They do not know what is the meaning of customer service. I called and talked to the sales manager, asked him some questions and told him we would be there to look a truck.

    When my wife showed up, batteries dead on truck. They did not start the truck, clean the back of it out, it had trash,grass clippings, and parts from when they installed the lift. They lied and said another person had a deposit on the truck and would still sell it to me. After a week, the truck is still sitting there.

    That is a sorry dealer. Do not do business here. Lying sorry people that try every old trick in the book to con you into something. Very bad, the sales man as soon as I stated that it would be a few days before I could make it to the dealer hung up on me
